I am pleased to invite you to the 2008 Internal Operations Conference (IOC), hosted by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, July 13-16 in San Francisco at the historic Mark Hopkins Intercontinental Hotel.
The theme for the 2008 IOC is "Making the Connections." We all strive to make connections in our day-to-day responsibilities; connections with colleagues, constituents and even healthcare partners in our business. The caucus meetings at the 2008 IOC will focus on strategic discussions and updates on how you can "Make the Connections."The general sessions will feature speakers that outline how we can make connections between health and wellness for our constituents and how to connect with the various generations in our workforce and our membership.
In addition to these informative sessions, there are a variety of events planned for attendees and guests, including an opening night reception atop the Mark Hopkins Hotel, dinner at Bistro Boudin on Fisherman's Wharf, a round of golf at the historic Presidio Golf course and a Fun Run/Walk near the Golden Gate Bridge.
